i found the check-in process friendly and efficient. my room on the top floor was lovely. the hotel's proximity to the city center allowed for easy walking to various attractions. a supermarket next door proved useful for quick needs.
the air conditioning settings were preset, with no option to adjust the temperature in the room. i found this inconvenient.

the reception staff was informative with recommendations. breakfast included a good selection like eggs, cheese, and croissants. coffee and juices were also readily available during the breakfast service.

Breakfast was good with a great selection of food.
The double bed was small. It was possibly not even queen size. The window could be opened only a tiny bit, and little air came in. The air con could not be cooler than 22°C. It felt it didn't cool the air at all, so the room was hot all night.
